Free Mailing List Manager does what its name suggests. With it you can join and mix various small-sized lists, and create a large list with all the original addresses of the smaller lists.

Free Mailing List Manager is also a complete program, designed especially for all operations on large scale mailing lists.

In its interface you can see the main window, where you add or remove list files you want to mix. After that you just click on ´Start Merge´ and check the mix progress in the same window.
